L&H Turkey Wings Recipe:
  1. Chop the turkey wing into two and place in a baking dish and glaze with the honey.
  2. Grate the lemon zest unto the wings. Slice the lemon and squeeze the juice unto the wings.
  3. Add all the other seasonings and using your hands, rub them into the wings.
  4. Cover the baking dish with cling film (plastic wrap) and seat in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Pre-heat oven to 180 C degrees. Take out the wings from the refrigerator, remove the plastic wrap and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
  6. After 30 minutes, turn the wings to the other side, use a spoon to scoop some of the juices in the baking dish and spread it all over the wings.
  7. Continue roasting for another 30 minutes. The wings should now have a nice colour on top. Serve hot.
